This lovely has a left implant based and right #latissimusdorsi flap #breastreconstruction (with a noted history of external beam #radiationtherapy ) She chose #3Dnippletattoos 💗 for her #grandfinale to complete her breast reconstruction and her surgeon referred her to me. 🥰 #happytears Reconstruction by Christopher Zochowski
As you can see on her right side, she healed lighter due to previous radiation (above her scar) and on her latissimus flap. We added more concentrated color on her right and a tad on the left to make things even. 3D effect was enhanced too. She is in love with her tattoos and I'm so glad for her 💗
We added more areola color and to the 3D nipple , especially on her right side. Radiated skin is unpredictable. It will reveal how it will accept ink. This simply cannot be predicted per unique individual. Sometimes it's completely fine, other times we have to add more color…that's why the touch up is critical
