This lovely lady had an abdominoplasty and her bellybutton was flat and void of color. I added depth and shading for a more realistic appearance. Redness will subside as it heals. She will return for touch up later.
She healed very light so I added more color at touch up. Fresh and reddish, this will soften as it heals.

I trained with TeeJay Dill back in 2015 and my patient loved her #flowernipple tattoo found on the internet. I used it for inspiration, changing the #3d portion and added more of a drastic ❤ appearance to the petals. She loves it!

I neutralized the blueish black tattoo marker from her radiation treatment. This will heal to appear more like a freckle. Will add another layer at breast touch up. 🧚♀️Note: I TYPICALLY ONLY treat the central midline tattoo marker. I (USUALLY) don't treat the others located lateral/on the breast/chest, in case (she didn't reach her radiation max before) they'd be needed to identify previous xrt location for future treatments. EXCEPTIONS would be if they are the only freckles/moles present in the area to not be confused with natural markings and be unable to identify in the future.
You can see how the black/grey color now looks like a freckle! Another session was done at nipple touch up. Looks so much better!
The 🎀 is the site where her original tumor lumpectomy was 20 years ago. Done along with fresh nipple tattoos 😍

Areolas totally healed but she needed a little extra color added to cover scarring/and on edges and added more to the 3D illusion effect.
